Player numbers Using an older sibling's number/jersey: It's fantastic when a new player would like to use his/her older sibling's number and jersey, provided that number is available. Let us know if you are interested in doing this and we'll check if the number is available. Other than requests for an older sibling’s number, we cannot accommodate requests for numbers.

TUSC - TENAFLY UNITED SOCCER CLUB
Tenafly's Travel Soccer program, Tenafly United Soccer Club, is for players who are interested in playing soccer at a more competitive level than the TJSL in-town, recreation program. Participation in Tenafly United is tryout-based.
Tenafly United competes in the Northern Counties Soccer Association. Travel teams play in the Fall and Spring against teams from mostly northern New Jersey. In addition, many teams also elect to participate in an indoor Winter season, as well as indoor and outdoor tournaments each season. Boys teams games are played on Saturdays in the fall season and on Sundays in the spring season. Girls teams games are played on Sundays in both the Fall and Spring seasons. Our travel teams typically practice two days per week.
Teams are established at the U-9 through U-14 level and are based upon the player’s age as of August 1st of each year. As an example, this means that typically, a U-9 team is comprised of players in 3rd grade; U-10 in 4th grade, etc. When a player’s age does not match their grade in school, they may be placed on a different team than that of their schoolmates due to the rules governing age. The rules governing age are set at the National level by US Club Soccer and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
U15-U19 teams are high school age teams that play only in the spring season. During the Fall season, players on these teams are typically playing on their respective high school teams.
Tenafly United Soccer Club is a not for profit 501-3(c) organization.
